Dorian is a literature character created by a great writer. Dorian, at the beginning of the novel, is a young man; he is forever young, extraordinarily handsome, fascinating and refined, restless and passionate, sublime and inimitable just like this wine which represents his perfect portrait. Nevertheless this wine, on the contrary from the novel protagonist, ages in an extraordinary way, refines and softens while gaining in complexity, becoming more and more elegant and unique.
Type: Still, 10% aged for 3 months in barriques, easy to drink
Grape variety: 30% Barbera, 30% Bonarda (Croatina), 10% Pinot Nero, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% other black grapes

Organoleptic characteristics: Strong and brilliant ruby colour with grenade light nuances. Concentrated and
the same time refined and elegant bouquet, with a long persistence that transmits unique and embracing sensations. Clean scents of wild berries and black cherry with hints of white pepper and liquorice. Slight balsamic flavor with hints of leather and cocoa with velvety and silky tannins. Young wine.
Pairings: Perfect for pasta with meat sauce, lasagna or cannelloni, grilled meats; ideal with cold cuts and cheese starters.
