The grapes coming just from owned vineyards, are vinified directly in the processing cellar of more than 1000 square meters that has technological and cutting-edge equipment, allowing to obtain wines and full of aromas, scents and flavors, where the raw material, the grape, is respected and allowed to express naturally.
The combination of technology and processes tied to tradition endows Torre Fornello with a modern identity rooted in ancient origins, allowing the wines to express the essence of a territory with a touch of contemporaneity.
The refinement and conservation of wines take place in the historical cellars dating back to the 1400s-1600s located beneath the manor house. Here, the natural temperature and humidity remain constant, imparting elegance, personality, and longevity to the wines.
