A Cognitive journey at Torre Fornello

Cognitive journey through the entire production chain, from vine to the final product (wine), comprising four phases:

1° phase: Historical overview related to the production area and the company itself.

2° phase: Visit to the company vineyards focused on presenting and explaining the main pruning, cultivation, and trellising systems aimed at obtaining quality grapes while respecting the environment and human health.

3° phase: Tour of the processing cellars with an explanation of the main winemaking systems: white grape vinification, red grape vinification, production of sparkling wines, production of long-aged still wines, visit to the 1400/1600 aging cellars.

4° phase: Guided tasting of different products with three distinct types of tastings: Tocco divino, Gusto or Winemaker

  • The guided tour and tasting will be followed directly by the winemaker ENRICO SGORBATI.
