The Independent Winemaker cultivates their vineyards, vinifies their grapes, bottles their wine, and personally oversees its sales, under their own responsibility, bearing their name and label.
Engaged daily in a process that encompasses the entire production chain, Winemakers consistently work to preserve, protect, and promote their native territory.
FIVI engages in dialogue with the Ministry of Agriculture and Regions, participating in sector-specific forums. Additionally, it collaborates with European institutions in Brussels through CEVI - the European Confederation of Independent Winemakers, which brings together associations from all major European wine-producing countries.
