Exhibition space for events and exhibitions
In unique and historically rich locations, events are hosted, and the estate wines are tasted. The old 1600s stable and stables are utilized as exhibition spaces for shows and events.
The production of both white and red D.O.C. wines place a strong emphasis on the territory, primarily cultivating indigenous grape varieties, alongside a small production of wines from international grape varieties present on the estate for generations.
Considerable attention is also devoted to the range of classic method sparkling wines and Charmant method sparkling wines. In this case, the Piacenza tradition of effervescent wines, combined with the skillful expertise of consultants in sparkling wine production, has resulted in four products of absolute excellence, displaying significant personality, depth, complexity, and enjoyability.
For the classic method, the extended aging on lees (ranging from 33 to 55 months) and only using vintage grapes (millesimato) give rise to classic method sparkling wines with a distinct and robust character.
